Welcome to Young and Free!

Young and Free is a "buddying" and befriending service to help young physically and/or sensory disabled adults to socialise with non-disabled peers.

We support 1-to-1 buddying between our members and volunteers and we also organise group social activities such as trips to the Theatre and Shows, bowling, cinema and meals out.  Take a look at our events page to see what's coming up!  All events are free to attend and transport can be provided.  We merely ask for a voluntary contribution of £5 from each member to attend an event.

Please view our video featuring some of Young & Free on Youtube!  See the 'About Us' page for more details.
