This was a great new venue to Young & Free, trying out the Plantation Restaurant in Bristol, for a taste of the Caribbean!! Our taste buds were already zinging before we arrived!!
Plus we were using the occasion meet and present a 'Thank You' card Paul Wootton, our Great Wall of China marathon runner, as well as other marathon feats more locally!! He's done a fantastic job of raising both funds and awareness for Young & Free!!
A large crowd of us had gathered for this social, so it was an excellent turn out!!

Sunday 17th August
There was a great turn out for this bowling session where Young & Free Members and Volunteers were able to enjoy a great way of getting together!!
This was at Hollywood Bowl, Avonmeads, Bristol in the afternoon. Followed by snacks at Maccy D's!!
Update!! 6th August at the 'Windmill Pub' in Portishead!!
Despite the slight rain, and Marie getting lost on the way, we had a good time at this interesting place!!
Ian's Mum was on hand to guide and settle us in at the pub, many thanks Mum!
The pub was hugely popular, but we managed to squeeze ourselves on to two tables! Food was good, puddings as always going down extremely well!!
