Volunteers
No special qualifications are required for being a buddy other than being, responsible, mature (even if young), friendly, patient and a enjoying a good sense of humour. Guidance and training is according to the individual needs of each of the disabled members. Full induction training, disability awarness and manual handling training are provided. All volunteer’s expenses are met by the charity so why not give it a go?
